Express delivery: $32. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

Standard delivery: $20. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Shipping to Canada

Express delivery: $32. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

Standard delivery: $20. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.  

 

Shipping for Rest of the World

Standard delivery: $25. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Exchanges

We totally understand how difficult it can be for Mums to buy the correct size online! If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can contact us at christina@melodythelabel.com. Please put ‘EXCHANGE NEEDED’ in the email title.

Please be careful to ensure all of the conditions below are met before contacting us:

  1. Item must be in brand new condition, with all tags still attached
  2. There must not be any smells, stains, or signs of wear on the garment
  3. Item must be returned to us within 2 weeks of the original delivery to you
  4. All postage costs will be covered by the customer

If any of the above conditions are not met, we unfortunately will not be able to exchange the garment, and will have to send it back to you at your expense.

Please refer to our SIZE CHART or contact us directly, and we can help you determine which size to re-order.

 

Credit vouchers

In the instance whereby we are unable to exchange your item(s) due to availability of size, a credit voucher will be issued. 

If all conditions are met when we receive your exchange, and we do not have your size in stock, we will issue you with a credit voucher via email, to the value of your return. The email will include the credit voucher code to redeem online at the Melody The Label checkout.

Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

 

Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the instance whereby item(s) are defected or faulty. The item will need to be returned within 4 weeks of arrival to the customer. The order will be processed by 2 weeks upon arrival back to us. Any questions or queries regarding Returns, please contact christina@melodythelabel.com.

 

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customer with products of the highest standard and quality, and personally check each item before packing and shipping to you. However, if for any reason your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at christina@melodythelabel.com, and we will investigate it. We want you to LOVE your Melody the Label clothing, so will do our best to rectify any issues. Return postage is refundable on orders that are deemed faulty. Returns for faulty items will only be processed and accepted within 2 weeks of purchase date.

**Please note: any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
